SMALL GROUP GYM TRAINING
I am Catherine McLellan and I am 42 and currently work full time as an accountant.
Nearly 4 years ago I gave up smoking and started swimming (I couldn't even swim a length at first without sounding like I was dying!). From there I got more and more interested in fitness and nutrition and what really was the right way to do things, the right way to eat.
So I started studying to understand just that.
I have since qualified with an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management, a Level Two Gym Instructor Qualification, Circuits Instruction, Functional Equipment Training Instruction and I am also completing Kettle Bells, Core Training and Boxercise Instructor training before the end of 2019.
I started my own strength training classes in June 2019 for people who want to do the stuff you would do in the gym but find that environment uncomfortable and don't have a clue what to do. I provide all the equipment and training in small groups so that I can give you individual attention.
I am just starting Circuits classes and I'm so excited about these as I have loads of ideas for us all to just have fun!
I absolutely love what I am doing with my classes now. I know how important it is to be fit and healthy and I want that to be people's focus - Get Fit, Get Healthy, Feel Good.
Don't focus on getting that perfect body, just focus on getting fit and healthy and you WILL look and feel good.
I have worked with people on their nutrition, analysing their diet and providing meal plans and advice to adopt a healthy, balanced diet which in turn will assist weight loss where required.
I want to help you be a happier and stronger version of you and give you the tools and understanding to really get the most of out of my classes.
